well..i didnt do wonderful today but i did ok..for brek. i had a nectarine, a mini wheat bagel, and an egg. then for lunch i had a bite of chili, a turkey on a wheat wrap, and some baked chips..is that ok do you thinK?

Reply from kels, Age 16 - 05/22/05 - IP#: 63.77.244.xxx well, depends on what a bite is. cuz sometimes, i'll be like o. i only had a bite of this, or a bite of that, but bites count, even if we dont add them in our cal count other wise u did good. high protein and nice carb balance
