alright i have decicied that like saturdays are my bad days and i eat junk cuz on satuardays i do alot....like this morning i ran a 3 mile marrathon and then im doin riding for 3 hours this afternoon...and thats like alot phicycal stuff and like i do good durning the week so saturdays most likely evens it out...then sunday is the day i weigh myself and i do like alot of cleaning and drink a ton of water and just relax....is that okay ya think

yeh thats wut i do, i'm a runner..five days a week i run and on saturdays i run like 3 or 4 miles cuz the other five days i do a mile or a mile and i half sprinting...so basically its circut training...

well it would be alot better if you evened it out througout the week say doing like jogging 30 mins a day every other day and taking sundays off

yeah i agree you are deff. inspiration lol..and thats perfectly fine to have one bad day a week, especially since you do so much
