omg i was soo motivated today but hten i ate horrible for breakfast i had an egg sandwhich and a few pieces of bacon for lunch i had butter noodles and greenbeans and for dinner i had pizza and icecream and for snack i had carmel popcorn! UGH and a lot of water.. please tell me what u think even tho i know its horrible
Reply from Mia, Age 13 - 05/30/05 - IP#: 24.3.93.xxx the breakfast and lunch was okay. but is you loke eating pizza and ice cream and carmel popcorn, you just need to exercise to burn it all off. Eat healthy all week and take a day or two to eat what ever you want but you need to exercise.
Reply from kels, Age 16 - 05/22/05 - IP#: 63.77.244.xxx ok, so arron isnt right, in the sense that u may have actually consumed enough calories today to gain about half a lb. but, you metabolism can deal w/ it, and you just need to exercise a lil more to day and tomorrow. no worries, we slip up all the time. I had cini minis from burger king (w/ the lil hash brown thingys) 790 calories!!! AAAGGGHHH!!! but its ok, cuz i can hadle it by making up for it by eating a lil less and exercising a lil more. and u should cheat once in a while to stay sane, just dont go over board.
Reply from aaron, Age 14 - 05/22/05 - IP#: 67.70.0.xxx hey man!! its fine it was just one day!! that wont do anything trust me! you would have had to eat 2 whole pizzas and like 5 icecreams within like 5 hrs for it to do anything to you!! WATER IS VERY GOOD FOR YOU!!! DRINK IT MORE THAN ANYTHIN ELSE :) that was just an egzaduration but u get what i mean? its fine! heres what i do, im really healthy and all that and i still eat bad stuff i just have one cheat day each week that means exactly what u just ate see!! and by the end of the week i easlily burned that off and much much more so its no prob dont worry at all or get unmotivated trust me it did nothing at all except give you more calories than you needed no biggy for one day
