What can I do to get rid of "lovehandles"? Do they just automatically start to go away as you lose weight, or do you have to do some sort of excersize to get rid of them? Same with "man boobs"...

when you lose weight, youll prob. lose most of it, since its just regular fat. but doing certain excersices will tone it up and help them go away faster
