Hey,
I weigh around 140. I am big around the stomach area. DOes any one have tips on how to lose weight in the stomach area? And if u have like a eating plan that would help cause i should eat healthier but i need help with what to eat for lunch and breakfast espically. I have to take lunch to school so i dont know what to bring. If u could help me this would be great. I am 5'4" and i weigh 140. i want to be 110-120lbs thanks this would be so great if i could figure out how to start my diet.

crunches just build muscle under the fat, but once you lose the fat around your middle crunches are good to keep it toned. try pilates.

You should try to do a lot of crunches. Also, when you exercise, make sure it's an aerobic exercise. Walking, running, biking, and swimming are all aerobic exercises... It helps you lose weight around your stomach.

You should go walking or running every other day for an hour and a half. Try to eat healthy. No JUNK FOODS OR SOFT DRINKS.

salads are great for lunch, and they can be really filling if you add chicken. just make sure to use low fat dressings. i usually have a half a sandwich, some veggies or a small salad, and a pria bar or 100 cal. pack...for brekfast there are tons of yummy yogurts and fruits to try, and cereal is good. i usually have a kashi peanut butter bar and a yogurt, cereal (total) and fruit, or wheat toast with peanut butter ...good luck!
