how does this sound for tomorrow----
breakfast- egg beaters
lunch- turkey sandwhich on wheat, 2 pt bar, apple
dinner- im going out so ill get a salad or something
exercise- DDR and possibly softball practice...
how does this sound

try eating a little more for breakfast like 2 pieces of bacon. ita not as bad as you think. try zone perfect bars and DDR is so the right thing to get exercise from. i have it and play it all the time. good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
