Well just a little update on myself since i havent been on here in a while. When I started I was 210 pounds sadly. But now I am down to 189 pounds and hope to lose like 60 more. I want to make it so with a certain amount of weight lose I reward myself with something EXCEPT for food. Any ideas??

New clothes, day trip/one night trip to somewhere close, makeup, shoes, having a party/big sleepover, getting your hair or nails done, concert tickets, etc. *Ray*Ray*

maybe you could by new workout clothes or something that would encourage you to excerisice. or maybe theres something you really wanna do that youve never done before, like get your ears peirced (there prob. already peirced, but im just saying something along those lines)
