Hey! So far on my misson for weight loss, i have lost 3 whole pounds! Whoo hoo! Exercise for me is not hard, but i have a hard time when it comes to eating...any suggestions on what i can do to motivate myself to eat right? Good luck to everyone trying to eat right and stay healthy!YOU CAN DO IT!!

find something you really like. like for me, i looove fruit. id much rather eat fruit then like, canndy for a snack. Or find imitations of things, like 100 cal. packs (from nabisco) or stuff like that
