hey guys! so this is what i ate today, what do you all think?
break: oatmeal, orange juice lunch: fruit salad (apple, pear, pinnapple and strawberries), snack: yogurt dinner: chicken, a bowl of mango snack: melba toast...
its not that much protein and too many carbs but...

you should probably eat a little more.. try adding some kind of protein to your lunch..and not just fruit salad! thats like nothing!! good liuck though
