Hi i'm 5'3 and I weigh about 162. I realy wanna start to loose weight for the Summer. I realy want to feel comfortable in a swimsuit and in shorts. It's realy hard for me because my house is only filled with junk food and my mom is always bugging me about my body but she wont encourage me to eat right or exercise. It's so difficult when u are on ur own at this stuff. See I don't look really fat and my friends say i'm not but they are all so skinny. Please help me by telling me exercises and healthy eating habbits. My goal weight is about 120 by the end of the Summer, and I want to loose at least 15 pounds by the end of next month.
Has anyone been in this sittuation? DO you think I can do it?

yeah, you can definetly do it. 15 pounds in a month is reasonable, but actually you may end up losing like 10-12..good luck!
