alright well my mom made chocolate chip cookies and the other day waz my junk food day and i ate like 6...so to make sure i do great this week my mom has hid the cookies so there like not on the counter anymore where i can see them....thank goodness!! alright well for dinner i had a VERY lean turkey buger (170 cals and no fat) w/o a bun and i had ketchup,mustard,grilled onion and mushroom on it and i wrapped it in a bunch of lettue..i also had a few peices of fruit and a glass of milk i hope this is okay! i did really good today i am proud of myself and i'm not having any dessert tonight! if i do i'm gonna have a whole fruit popsicle thats made of all natural fruit and only has 40 cals!! yay i luv being heathly!

haha yeah, you did really good. but eating only a little for dinner might make you wanna eat more later, which would mean dessert. so its fine to eat a little more din din if you have to
