uh oh..just found out im having pizza for dinner tomorrow night, and let me tell you that is my biggest downfall..sometimes i eat like 4 peices at a time. uh oh :(..do you think ill be ok if i eat a salad before and limit myself to 2 peices (with no meant on them, just reg. cheese pizza) any other tips you can give me?

If you really think you wn't be able to resist eating more than 1 slice, have a light snack before you go out -- that way after a slice you'll be pretty full but won't have eaten two dinners. although it seems like a big deal, 1 slice will not cause you to gain back everything you've lost; if anything you'll see that you dn't feel as healthy, good or full after eating junk and that healthier food is a lot more satisfying.
