Ok if you are feeling guilty that you ate something bad then brush you teeth and drink some water...try to forget about it and don't tell yourself you will get on track tomorrow because for most people tomorrow never comes and you will end up a lot worse: someone gave me this advice and it has helped me so much...i hope it is useful for you too!
