THE SOLUTION TO WEIGHT LOSS 1.BECOME VEGETERIAN OR EAT LESS MEAT! MEAT IS FATTENING. 2.MAKE AN ONLINE JOURNAL ON LIVEJOURNAL.COM AND TRACK WHAT YOU EAT AND YOUR EXERCISES. 3.GO OUTSIDE AND GO PLAY! 4.DRINK 8 CUPS OF WATER DAILY! THIS IS IMPORTANT! 5.MAKE SMALL GOALS AND TRY TO ACCOMPLISH THEM. EXAMPLE: I WILL EXERSISE ATLEAST TWICE A WEEK.

Reply from Jessica, Age 15 - 05/24/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx Eating meat is good for you. It has a lot of protein which adds muscle to your buddy. The more muscle you have the better your metabolism is (the faster you lose weight). Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 05/24/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx meat wont make you fat, only fried stuff will. chicken, turkey, lean meats and everything else is perfectly fine and it can be helpful to you. becoming a vegetarian is not the only way to lose wait. and you can stop putting it in caps..your names a little different but were you the same aaron from before?
Reply from Camille, Age 17 - 05/24/05 - IP#: 70.81.187.xxx There's nothing wrong with meat. It won't make you fat. Obviously if you are eating fried pork lard, that isn't healthy, but lean meat is very good for you. There's a reason it's one of the major food groups. There's nothing wrong with being a vegetarian either, but that doesn't mean everyone should do it.
Reply from Michelle, Age 17 - 05/23/05 - IP#: 24.85.130.xxx I agree..when i became a vegetarian, i lost about 12 lbs in a year..that was the only lifestyle change i made..even with consistent exercise and such..when i did eat meat.i found it a lot harder to lose weight. AND when i train for taekwondo tournaments, we are not supposed to eat meat as it slows us down.
