alright so i did well today except i snacked when i got home... i was worried so i weighed myself after and it actually said i was down a pound so i guess the one screw up didnt screw me up.. lol.... any tips????

ya, just eat healthy snacks.
1)fruit
2)veggies
3)fudgsicle
4)a thin slice of provalon or romano cheese
