I need advice on how to loose some weight before next school year because I get out on friday and I want to start then so that people can atleast see a difference in me next year. Does anybody have any ideas or experiences/advice that they would like to share w/ me?

Hey Hun! Well my experiences didn't really happen over the summer it just happened in the middle of the school year but same difference. But yea so far I've lost like 30 lbs and yea its the best feeling in the world when people give u compliments. Like just yesterday I was at a choir concert and this girl who I'm like acquitances with accidently mistaked me for our prom queen. I almost cried cuz shes so gorgeous and so skinny. It made my day. But just stuff like that is so amazing and I'm gonna get more off this summer so I can't wait to shock the hell outta people this august either!

ok well, dont start diets or exercising on mondays... its pointless. just start exercising when ur not doing anything- trust me when u finally do it, it feels awesome. if u want to make a difference in ur appearance, start doing some yoga in the mornings/or at night and u could do push ups and crunches. if you work out at least 5 days a week, 1 hr. a day, u will notice a difference
