Would it be unhealthy if I got real serious about losing weight (in a healthy way) and lost 30-40 pounds before school starts again? about 3 mon.

i think it is a relistic goal. 2.5lbs for 12 weeks will lose you 30lbs if not more, make sure though you are eating healthily and not starving yourself

its not that hard to lose 10 pounds a month thats about 2 pounds a week if you think about it, you will have to really work for it butits not super super hard

If it is truely the healthy way, I think you could. It will be a lot of exercising. But, just think of how you wanna look like for school and it will keep you motivated.

ok, well, everyone says the most healthy way to lose weight is to lose one lb. a week- thats 4 lbs. a month, but if you r really overweight, its ok to lose more than that. You have to get motivated and exercise. one hour a day, 3-6 days a week and plenty of water and give u major results- u could probably lose 20-30 lbs. if u start now!

NO thats perfect!! its healthy to lose 10 lbs a month so thatllbe about 30 but it will take hard work!
