- Ok, right now my goal is 15 pounds. How long do you think it'll take me to lose it if i eat . . 1200-1400 calories a day . . excercise 5 times a week . . and drink 8 cups of water ? About 2 months? or less? Thanks

I think you could do it in two months, That averages out to around two pounds a week. Good Luck!
