Hey everyone! I just wanted to say I'm at 155 and 145 is my goal by the end of June. Also, if anyone can tell me how I can go from a size 13 to a 9 I'd really like to be able to wear a size 9 jean shorts this summer for the 4th of July and I don't know how long it takes to lose so many inches so if anyone knows, fill me in. Thanks and wish me luck on these ten pounds I'm trying to work off!!!

It depends on your weight, height and body type and even what kind of exercise you do. But 2 sizes would probably be like 20 pounds maybe 25. Eat less, and when you do eat make sure its healthy. Stay away from junk food or packaged food in general if you can. Exercise 4 days a week for 1/2 hour. Do cardio...and really work hard. You may want to add some strength training stuff, like lifting weights, and muscle toning things like crunches in too. Good luck! *Ray*Ray*

You have to really be dedicated to your diet plan. I think that you can figure out yourself that you should exersize daily, drink lots of water, and eat healthy stuff. I don't really have any tips for you, but hey, good luck! *bell rings* gotta get to 5th period..

Hey Hun! Thanx for the comment! Yea I used to eigh like around 190 so i've come pretty far my low is 154.5 and then I just started binging so yea I wanna get back down to that again. Congrats on ur lose only a lil bit more and u'll make ur goal! I know u can do it! Um basically all I've really been doin is limiting cals. I'm kinda recovering being anorexic so a lot of people still don't think I'm eating enough. But oh well its better then what it was. In short I havn't had time to exercise but I'll get back into it once school gets out. Um another thing that works for me is green tea! It is awesome at boosting ur metabolism which helps u burn more fat! Well good luck hun! If ya need nething else just ask!

depending on how dedicated and strong you stay..you could lose 10lbs per month. thats what i did. I started at 180, and now im about 135. I dont know what the smallest size i can fit into is because i havent gone summer shopping..but my size 11 jeans are way too big. so stay strong and you could make your goal.
