hey everyone i am 5"7 and i weigh 210 and i wanna go down to 160 by october november do you think this will be possible?? i plan on eating right dirnking a lot of water running 30-45 minuites 3 times a week probably playing tennis and basketball on the days i don't run. and everyday i [plan on doing crunches and pushups do you think that will help??

sounds good!! except try to make a more specific eating plan..you dont have to, but you may find it helpful

That's a very realistic goal. Your exercise sounds great but what do you plan on doing for eating? *Ray*Ray*
