hey guys..i just started my new "heathly lifestyle" thing last week. ive cut out all extra sugars i dont need but i still get my grains fruits and lots of veggies.. ive been doing cardio for 30 min everyday and 30-60 min of other stuff (crunches, weights, pilates) and in a week and 3 days have lost 4 pounds. Im kinda freaking out tho. im really worried about loosing it to fast and ending up with extra skin which to me seems worse than being fat. I started at 184 and am now 180. Im a size 11-13 and im 5'4. Yeah im short and fat thats super haha.. anyways ive also been freaking out about my nice new friends the stretchmarks that decided to make their home right smack dab on my stomach... i dont know where they came from one day there were just like HELLO.. ive been wayy bummed out about them cause i know theres nothing i can do ... yeah well thats all.. good luck to everyone<3

Reply from Sammy, Age 13 - 05/25/05 - IP#: 24.247.21.xxx Don't worry about the losing weight too fast thing because thats really normal the first week or two...about the stretch marks, a lot of people get them...even i have a ton. Just try not to focus on them too much and i've also heard that vitamin K cream help with them. Well good luck/congrats on the weight loss!
Reply from helen, Age 15 - 05/25/05 - IP#: 68.217.4.xxx dont go spazzy lol all you really have to do is keep up with that excersize plan and diet because it sounds great and four pounds is not losing weight too fast if it was like 10 on you like seventh week you might want to watch what your doing but other then that your great! as for your stretch marks ..as you lose weight and tone up they should fade and hopefully go away well good luck ~helen~
