Really it justs better to eat healthy ---> no/very little junk food, very little packaged food, lots of fruits and vegtables, meat and carbs (other sources of protein) in moderation. Do cardio exercie 4 times a week for 1/2 hour and really get your heart pumping. You may want to add some toneing and/or weight lifting too. *Ray*Ray*
