I really want to target my stomach. I think after losing 15-20ish pounds, it should pretty much be gone. But since you lose weight all over, I'm affraid that it will take alot to achive my goal of having a flat stomach. So any tips/ideas on how to target my stomach mainly?

Well, I was in your same boat once. What I did was ran every few days (when I felt like it) for about a mile and a half. Then usually every night I did maybe 50 crunches, but I went by 10s and took breaks. Pretty soon my stomach was flatter. I think it helped most to do the crunches right before bed, put me right to sleep.

You need to combine muscle toneing with cardio. *Ray*Ray*

CRUNCHES SITUPS FLUTTER KICKS AND CARDIO thats it GET TO IT LOL well those are just the things you have to do and you will do fine if you need anything more specific just ask
