ok well my birthday is in 10 days. I asked my mom for a YMCA membership..and im pretty sure she got me one because my 8 year old sister basically told me! haha..but thats not why im on here. I am wondering, what kinds of things should I do at the Y because I have never been into the workout area before...but i am going to swim and play basketball. What other types of things do they have there?? Also, what is a good exercise to target the inside of your thighs besides lunges and running. I need to know because my thighs rub together and my jeans get worn out and everything so yeah! thanks a bunch

I love the Y! You should use there treadmills and machines like that because you can watch TV or listen to music there while you do it...it's awesome. And its obviously good exercise. *Ray*Ray*
