OMG, iv did so crap 2day!!! i cant help it i keep on eating and eating i was doing so good so far too! ive went from 143 to 137 but iv probably put on a lb from yesterday and today. i think its because im stressed out about my grandfathers funeral tomorrow! anyway heres what i had 2day- bfast= redy brek with a spoonful of jam in it, lunch= tuna mayo roll with salad on it, tea= spaghetti bolognese i dont know how many cals that all was but THEN i had 3 cups of fresh orange (55 cals per cup) and 2 kitkats (109 cals each) im not that bothered about the extra cals but im eating WAY too much carbs!! does anyone have any tips that you use to help cut out carbs or any foods that dont have many carbs in them but no american things because you cant get them here.... thanks x

Hey. a good way 2 cut out carbs is 2 not eat white bread and definitly not eat yogurt
