*buy a pair of "goal clothes" and them in your closet, look at them whenever you want to binge
*imagine someone u are jealous of b/c they are thin. Then think of how you will look in a couple months, and then they will be jealous of you!

*clean your room
*text/sms people
*go on the net
*do your homework (this one a bit boreing
*Write a letter
*Start a book
*Try new hairstyles/ makeup ideas
*Dance!!!!! (its fun and burns calories!)
*Exercise
*Paint, draw, sew........ be creative!
*Read a magazine
*Go out!!!!!! (avoid resturant)
* make your meal plan for that day, that weak
* make up a grocery list (think low cal, low fat, low carbs)
* chew on gum (sugar free)

Wear black, black makes everyone look thinner
* Don't be tempted to go baggy. The look will only add weight to your figure. Balance a full skirt with a fitted shirt. A long flowing top looks best with long lean pants.
* Pleated pants are an absolute NO-NO. Flat front styles instantly tuck you in. Less fabric means less bulk.
* Dark stretch jeans are comfortable and forgiving. Make sure you're wearing your correct size by checking the side seams. They should run in a straight line. A curving, crooked seam indicates that you need a different size or style.
* Wear control top pantyhose even under pants and for the summer (when wearing pants) cut the legs off of them so it won't be so hot
* Take those ace bandage like things and wrap it around your stamich (but not so tight it hurts, also don't wear pantyhose or cincher over it I learned it hurts bad)
* Wear a cincher (I think that's what there called, they look like a tube top but tighter and you where it around your stomach and/or rear)
* Wear platfarms/heels, taller you are the thinner you'll look
* Braclets can sometimes make your wrist look thinner also chokers can sometimes make your neck look thinner too
* Stand/sit straight it can make you look 10 pounds less
* Scrub off in the shower, you normally have a pound of dirt/dead skin on you.
* watch the salt, it can make you contain water which will make you look a few pounds heavier
