today i did great! i am really proud of myself and i know i can keep going. for exercise, i went outside and mowed. We live on 5 acres..but i only mow 2. Our riding mower was broke so i used the pusher! It was tough but it help build muscle in my arms and legs..cuz i had to go uphill some of it. And it is walking for like 2 hours!!! plus after i got done mowing, i did some pilates. I am feeling great. Tonight I might do some more pilates and maybe a Richard Simmons tape..lol. I know he is outdated but he still gives you a great workout!

Wow...great job with the exercise but I wouldn't do anymore because you don't want to tire yourself out too much. Over doing isn't good either. Good job though! *Ray*Ray*
