What kind of exercises help you burn calories but not gain alot of muscles

ya work on abs doing crunches and sit ups. you can also tone your muscles so u won't get bulky. what i do. you feel good, even if it hurts, then you now your doing it and its working.

every exercise will make you gain muscle, that's why you stretch, to lengthen your muscles instead of bulking up! :)

All exercise makes you gain muscle...because you have to use the muscles to burn calories...and when you use them you start to build them up. Obviously, some exercises will build muscle faster (i.e. lifting weights) but still...they all do. Not that you're going to look like the Hulk or something...just more toned! Which is a good thing. Plus, more muscle mass = burning calories faster. So, muscle's good. Good luck! <3 *Ray*Ray*

most excersices will help you gain muscle...youll look a lot better gining muscle to, it speeds up your metabolism and youll probably lose weight in the long run..
