hey i dono if i did that great today. its kinda my restart to my diet because il ike went crazy for about a month...baaaad. but anyways...well i didn't do that great...like i said...but i did okay. breakfast-banana, lunch-small salad, chicken salad sandwich on crossaint (not the best, and i shoulda only eaten half) i wasn't hungry for a snack because with my summer schedule i sleep in and have a late lunch n stuff...sooo...dinner-strawberry fields salad from friday's (lettuce, chopped pecans, strawberries, and grilled chicken breast will balsamic vinagarette) all i drank was water.oh and i had like half of a caffe mocha and one tiny bite of chocolate! ughh. and iwent to the gym and i ran 3 miles on the treadmill and i did 10 mins on the stairs. and i lifted weights. did i do that bad?

It wasn't too bad...except you need to eat more for breakfast, no chocolate, no lattes, and even though its a salad, you really should limit how much you eat at a resturant because they manage to make things like salad have way more calories...because of all the stuff in it. Plus, crossiants have a lot of calories. Today wasn't horrible, it def. could have been worse. But it could have been better too. Good luck. <3 *Ray*Ray*
