alright..well i think i might have done ok today..for brek i had a kashi bar and a nectarine..and for lunch i had a nectarine, blueberries, a string cheese, and a 100 cal. pack...so that was fine, but then igot home and for snack i had some cracklin oat bran..and that stuff is soo incredibly addictive..unfortunetly..so i ate slightly a lot of it (prob. like 2 cups lol..) so how do you think i did?

sounds like you did good. but try to cut back on the cereal. or else eat half then and then eat half a little later.
