hi evry 1, i went to the doctor today and she said i should only drink 8 ounces of juice a day.i am 5'5 and weight 189 what shoul i do, i need help sum 1 give me a suggestion

hi....well...this works for me... cut out all snacks...if u are rly attached to sweets promise yourself 1 for evry 5 lbs u loose....that way it pushes u to loose weight...seconmd thing... carbs are not always good for a body.... CUT DOWN ON THEM... DONT CUT THEM OUT OF YOUR DIET... a little is ok... for examle if u have a big apetite and u are having a sandwich put twice the amount of meat...but take off a slice of bread and eat it like pizza...topping on top.... exersising regularly is also important...ask one of ur frends in the area to go walking with u.... and last but not least...eat breakfast (apples, oranges, cantalope) and dont skip meals...skipping meals actually is a message to your body to store fat because it does not know when it will eat again... and don't have bananas or rasins while on a diet -at least from what i have heard- they have alot of unsaturated fats in them...u might wanna check that out before u take that suggestion...bananas are good for energy so 1 before a run is good!!! hope i helped

Acutally, she's right. You should replace the juice by water and if you really hate water, then get a flavored water like Fruit 2 O. It's realy good and it has 0 calories and fat. Also, if you are really fond of soda, try cutting that down and getting diet soda. Hope I helped and good luck!

plus i drink alot of juice i just can't seem to get away from juice. i drink citamine water.
