Ok i have a slight problem....so far today i hav eaten 1 peice of toast, w. peanut butter and a bannana and honey on top (i read it in the fitness mag. for bikini diet lol) and water...but today i am goin to my aunts party thing and she has a carter and he is cooking pasta and stuff and there will most likely be lots of crackers and cheese and brownies and cookies and stuff....when i'm out at resturants or at a partys i tend to over eat...so i'm slighty worried about this afternoon....does any 1 hav any tips!! respond plez!! help!!!

Just try to limit your portions and if they have veggies or fruit, when you want to reach for dessert, reach for the veggies or fruit instead.
