ok i have a question..i wanna start strenght training again but i wanna lose weight and not gain anything yet..because im still overweight...so if i eat helthy and still do cardio will i lose weight?? or should i do strength training once i get to my goal weight??

You shouldn't put off strength training until you get to your goal weight. Get it in your head that you will gain weight if you start strength training, and start counting inches instead of pounds. Building muscle means your body burns more energy, so you should definitely lift weights.

do strength training 3 times and week my orcy and cardio 6 times a week and soon u will be a dolphin instead of a orca babe..luv ya
