Will someone tell me how to lose abot 50 lbs in 1 month, I really want to be "skinny" when i gop back to school so I can show everybod that I did it. If you have any ideas or information that could help me lose at least 50 lbs by August please help me!!!!

Girl theres no way! Unless u crash diet like by eating only cottage cheese or somthing all day for a month, but all that weight just comes bcak when u start eatin again

Dont try losing it in 1month! By Augest is a way more reasonable time line... okay heres some tips; drink 5-7 glasses of water a day (not only will it help weight loss it will also help any thing like acne if u have it, so it's like a 2in1)i kno every one says this but im gonna be a lil more detailed *EXERSIZE* Arms: Take ur arms at ur sides... lift them and do small circles for 2 mins add 30 seconds a day (dont put your arms down) and then reverse direction. Stomache: crunches... try working up by starting at 20 and adding ten each day. Legs: lay on your back lift up your legs bring down slowly until your about 3 inches from the ground.. hold and count to 30. do 5 of these add 1 a day. This will not only work your legs all over, but it will also help you hips. :D Well thats all i can think of at this moment but work hard and dont give up... always remember it may be sweet and good now but its not worth depression and gosh itll take a long time to work off. So be happy, and remember to have fun in life dont just sit at home and expect it to come of! Go for a walk, watch a movie, have fun ^-^

c'mon be serious, you cant lose that much in just 1 month, give yourself around 6 months then that is a more achievable goal. you can aim to lose around 10lbs a month so that works out at 2.5lbs per week. you will have to work hard though. but 50lbs in 1 month? totally unrealistic
