I ate way too much this morning and yesturday! I am gonna get my cd player and walk a long way though. Also, I am gonna do my winsor pilates dvd. Good luck this week guys. I weighed 174 last week and I wanna weigh like 173 this week, but I don't think that will happen!

Dont be so pesstamistic always be on the optimists team.. smile and realize u dont need to be thing adn then stopo worrying about everything u eat just eat healy and excersice moderatly and i hope u do well..

get in a dance routine like i do in my room, turn on the song milkshake by kellis or switch by will smith and dance to it. I feel better and drink water while i am doin it but i am your weight. try zone perfect bars. it curbs your appetite untill next meal. write back and tell me if i helped!
