okay well...i dono if i did okay yesterday or not. okay...well...i woke up late then we went out for brunch and i had a club sandwich at fridays (no bacon or mayo) and a salad. then i did bad...i had a bunch of strawberries..some with chocolate..some with sugar...baaaad! but then i ran 2 miles. then i went to the gym and did 3 miles of hills on the treadmill and 10 mins on the stairmaster. i did abs too. then for dinner i had like 3/4 of a subway sub. and at the movies i did really good for me..usually i eat a whole bag of reeces bites and a bunch of popcorn. instead i had only about 2 handfulls of popcorn and about 5 welches fruit snacks! and a bottle of water! so did i do that bad really?? and is it okay to have cereal for lunch if its like special k vanilla almond and a small amount? cause i didnt have anything healthy around.

hey what is wrong with cereal for lunch? i do it all the time, just dont eat too terible much of it, it was is on the nutrition chart. lol and btw, i still lose weight even eatin cereal for lunch
