hey ok well after a weekend of total bingeing, i restarted my diet today. i weighed 138 yesterday so il take that as my starting weight. i aint done that good but i think i just need to get used to not eating junk again! so here goes-bfast = porridge wiv jam in it, snack= apple lunch= tuna mayo salad roll, after school i had some plain dorritos (by some i mean about a handful) tea= chicken and bacon pie with sweetcorn and potatoe slices snack= apple. ive drunk a ton of water and iv exercised on the bike for 30 mins and took the dog for a 20 min walk. omg once ive wrote it all done ive realised i ate way too much! well 2moro il cut out the crisps and the jam and have less dinner. has any1 got any way they can help me? thnx x

eat foods with less or no cals or no sugars and burn them off so its like you aren't taking in any thing.
