You know that little roll above your hips? How can you get rid of it. I always lose weight around my waist, but never around that little roll. My skirt fits everywhere but that little spot...

Well I think I know what ur talking bout and heres my tip. U can do abs all u wants (and I know sum really good ones if ya want) and those will definetly tighten up ur tummy but how much are u talking bout? Cuz if u have a lot u have to do sum type of cardio cuz abs won't get all of it. I'm sry i didn't help much!

sorry anna, but sit ups and crunches are pretty much all that there is to get ride of that. But if you can't do them that well, then do 5 at a time. Do 5 every 5 minuets for an hour. it helps. then u get use to it and u start doing 10 every 5 minuets then so on.... Good luck i hope i helped
