i'm 5'7 and 190 lbs, i know everything that it takes to lose weight but i think that i just need some motivation and something to keep me at it, anyone have any ideas?

I'm 5*7 and i use to weigh 200 lbs, im now down to 153 and i tell ya wat i did cause i did not want to diet or exercise but i desperatly wanted to wear a bikini and not be ashamed!! Throughout the whole year i kept it out and would try it on and then look at myself and say, "would i really go out lookin like this?" and of course i would say no. So just find something u want to wear and keep tryin it on until ur satisified, good luck!

I'm 5'8" and used to be about 190 so we're almost the same! LoL! Well for motivation I do a couple things. I always look at thinsporation, or look at actresses, models, ect. who I want to look like. Like J Lo, her curves are gorgeous! And I loved Lindsay Lohan b4 she became ana on us. Then I also have a pair of jeans that are 2 sizes to small that I hang in my closet as a lil inspiration cuz I know one day I'll fit into them. I hoped this helped a lil bit.
