hello everyone well today was my offical day of my soo called diet...
i was wondering if what I ate and did today is good enough to help me lose a lotta weight
morning : 1 cup or green tea, oatmeal
lunch: 1 chicken strip
when i got home: a fruit salad, turket breast
as for exercise: besides P.E. and we are doing track so like about a mile, then at home i ran for 5 minutes and jogged for 5 more..
please tell me if that seems good enough for me to do ona daily basis becaue my goal this summer is to lose 50 pounds...my current weight is 200 on the dot and i need to be around 140 or 135 so if there are any tips that you guys can help me with go right ahead and if you would like to e-mail me like to become my buddy or something its

well you ate healthfully. but i think you prob need a little more. did you eat dinner?? and thats a lot of exercie if its to much you might not stick with it
