Hey Everyone! I just wanted to thank you for all the support you've given me! I've lost 99 pounds as of today! one more pound to go. If I can loose weight anyone can. It's taken me almost a year on the dot, but it's so worth it in the long run! don't give up and remember to stick to it. Even if you think you want that bowl of Ice Cream or those couple of cookies, wait a little bit and see if the craving goes away, it really worked for me.
