Oh man i have had a horrible last few days.. not as bad as today though... i came home to an ambulance and firetruck outside my house..(my grandpa has cancer hes really young 71, and yeah hes way sick) so anyways.. i got home and spent the rest of the day in the er. I had a cookie from the vending machine it was 200 calories but i was starving and we ate dinner in the cafe, which didn't help. then i got home and just dont feel like working out.. i havn't these last few days.. i lost 8 pounds but im worried im gonna gain it all back.. ugh sorry guys i just needed to vent. hopefully tomorrow i can get back on track. hope everyone is doing good.. bye bye<3

i hope your grandpa is ok.
i find that the only time i can really think about things is when i take a walk/ run alone. it also makes me happier

aww sorry. i hope your grandmpa gets better. my grandma has cancer to..i love grandparents...but anyway the cookie you couldn't help and it was only one day and you definetly have an excuse for not working out. good luck!
