Great. Friday I have a potluck at school, then a party at a friend's, on Saturday is our 8th grade graduation/mass/party/potluk, then on Sunday i'm going to my grandmas (grandmas always have treats) then to a twins baseball game... (peanuts, crackerjacks, hotdogs -_-)........I am trying to loose a few last pounds before going on my 8th grade class trip to D.C on the 16th. (There's going to be a swimming pool and i wanna look good)
ooo...man. I'm worried. :( does anyone have any tips, or exercises, or just anything that might help me achieve my goals?

i'm pretty good with my diet, it's the exercise i hate...:/

Its all about will-power. Cut back on all of your unhealthy food, and i know its tough, but if you want to look good, thats all it takes. Its worked for me!

try doing crunches almost 30 a day and cut 500 cal a day. it will help shape abs. i am sure you will look great
