omg, i have done really bad lately. yesterday for lunch i had chicken strips for an appetizer, half a huge cheeseburger and fries and i got really full then i had this huge cup of "texas turtle custard" its vanilla custard with caramel, fudge peans, and i was super full. then at like 1130 i was hungry and i had a bean burrito from taco bell and 2 reecese minis. i worked out at the ggym hard but. today i did good though, breakfast-banana, lunch-sub sandwich, i ran 5 miles and umm...did some weights

dont worry if you eat a bunch one day. its not a big deal, just dont let it happen alot. if u DO break your diet, brush your teeth and move on.. it will be ok. good luck and keep going!
