hey.. i have this problem.. i have been inactive for soo long and when i try to exercise i get really tired n weak easily like if i put my clothes away im even tired.. i weigh 230 and im 5ft 8.. please give me some advice
Reply from cassie, Age 16 - 06/02/05 - IP#: 68.20.208.xxx slowly start exercising more and more soo u don't hurt urslef if u try to do a whole bunch of stuff at one time u could hurt urslef or become unmotivated to lose weight because of the pain it may cause...but after u start exercising more it will make u feel better
