my first day.. i did really good for breakfast and lunch and then it kind of went downhill from there.. but my boyfriend gave me some weights i can workout with tomorrow! good luck with your goals you guys!

At least you made it 1/2 of the day! The weights should be a great addition to help you reach your goal, just be careful to use them correctly or you could really get hurt.
