ok i dont see how these zone bar things keep you full..maybe i got the wrong one but my mom got me one and it had zero fiber..which is what helps you stay full longer..i dunno..did i get the right one?? or are you still fill even though theres like no fiber

fiber helps keep you full if you dont have it you will most likely be hungry very soon. but try a glass or water before and after that will help some

i was thinking about getting those/ but do you just gain the weight back anywyas? and are they healthy..? do you guys think it would be better to stay on my food diet or try zone bars?
