For a good workout I do cruches I stared out at 200 a day and every day I add 50 cruches to 200 and today I did 750 cruches.

No. Muscles need to rest, and they need to be trained but not overtrained. I do 3 sets of 20 slow, controlled, well-executed crunches, 3 times a week, and I have great abs. Doing that many is a waste of time and energy, and you're probably injuring yourself in the long run.
