Hello everybody.. We'll usally when I right on here it's because I can't stay on a diet.. but this time I righting to say to EVERYONE thankyou for all of your support.. It means the world to me.. every single comment.. I've been doing really good.. and exercising a lot.. I've lost a couple pounds.. I need help with one thing though.... Every day I do so Good on my diet.. but around 8:00-10:00 at night I get the munchies a lot.. and no matter what I pick on I'm not satisfied... is their some thing I can do to help that.. try having something to drink like crystal like and just drink until you feel so full you dont even wanna think about eatin naything..thats what i always do, abnd tyou never even gain a calorie!
