hey guys, i was just wondering what yall eat for a healthy breakfast? i'm trying to reduce my calorie intake.. and i really need something that is going to fill me up and keep the cal. level down. thanks

kashi bard (the 170 calorie ones) and a banana or a yogurt...it deff. keeps me wicked full till lunch cuz theres tons of fiber and theres a lot of kashi bar flavors so its hard to get bored.

I usually have toast and some fruit sometimes yogurt if its low in calories

hey for breakfast i usually eat a whole grain cereal like special k or oat bran with a banana and a bottle of water.. i eat at 7 20 almost every morning and it holds me over till lunch at 11 40.. oatmeal is good too. if you dont like the taste get the kind with like apples and stuff in it.. that what i do .. good luck
